BOOKING DEPOSIT
$20.00 non-refundable deposit (existing clients) $40.00 non -refundable deposit (new clients) is required, deposit will be applied toward your service. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT *Deposit must be received within 10 min of your booking. Appointments are first come first serve basis & are non transferable E -TRANSFER TO: KIMMY.RICHROSE@GMAIL.COM
LATE FEE & CANCELLATIONS
SAME DAY Cancelation = $40 reschedule fee + deposit
NO SHOW = $50 rebooking fee + deposit | LATE FEE POLICY: 10 min grace period given - $15.00 late fee thereafter - Appointment will be canceled after 25min.

PRESSONS
Our beautiful pressons are all custom made. Prices vary and are dependent on individual design, length, shape and accessories. Please go to the "Presson Quote" tab, on the website, and request a quote on your specification and design.

DEPOSIT:

. 24hr. prior notice or deposit will be lost

LATE ARRIVAL:

. 11 + minutes = $10.00 late fee

SQUEEZE IN APPTS.
. $50 squeeze in fee (times before 10am or after 10pm and on days the studio is closed) *available upon request
WIG DROP OFF:
. Wigs must be dropped off at least 3 days prior to appointment
. Colouring service: wigs to be dropped off 7 days prior
. *Abandoned wigs - will be disposed of after 4 months
